About South Hills Artists Collaborative

Our Mission

The idea for South Hills Artists Collaborative stemmed from our passion for ceramics and the desire to create a space where artists of all levels can come together to learn, create, and collaborate. As a team of local artists, teachers and visionaries, we understand the importance of having a supportive community and access to high-quality classes. With this vision in mind, we are establishing South Hills Artists Collaborative, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, to fulfill the need for an education centered ceramics studio in the South Hills area.  When you come to the SHAC, you are a part of a community. This space belongs to the people of that community. That's the beauty of a nonprofit!

What Drives Us

Our world is becoming more digital and isolated each day. Our closets and cabinets are overflowing with mass produced objects that carry little soul. People crave meaningful, authentic connections and seek to be a part of something bigger than themselves. This is where the South Hills Artists Collaborative steps in.

Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate and talented individuals who are committed to making a difference through the arts. From our board of directors to our volunteers, everyone at South Hills Artists Collaborative is dedicated to creating a vibrant and inclusive arts community.
